Reservation & Payment Policy

  • All reservations are initially held on a provisional basis and are subject to a cut-off date or time, which will be shared at the time of enquiry.
  • If payment is not received before the cut-off date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
  • To confirm the booking, customers are required to pay 50% of the total package amount in advance.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival in the Andaman Islands.
  • Any increase in government taxes, fees, or levies imposed after the booking will be charged additionally to the customer, over and above the confirmed package or service rates.

Ferry Ticket Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • If private ferry tickets (MAKRUZZ, Green Ocean, Speed Catamaran) are not available, and government ferry tickets are booked as an alternative, the fare difference is non-refundable.
  • Once purchased, no refund will be provided for any ferry ticket (Government or Private), irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling of ferry tickets done 48 hours before departure will incur a charge of ₹250 per person per sector.
  • No refund will be issued for ferry ticket cancellations made within 24 hours of departure.
  • 50% cancellation charge applies for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure.
  • 25% cancellation fee applies if the cancellation is made within 7 days of the travel date.
  • 5% of the total booking amount will be deducted in case of any cancellation made after confirmation.
  • Ferry operators are not responsible for delays or missed services due to flight delays or external disruptions.

Activity & Cab Service Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund is provided for cancellations made 30 days or more in advance.
  • 50% refund is applicable for cancellations made 15 days or more in advance.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled date.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity or cab booking.
  • A flat ₹100 cancellation fee per person per ticket will be charged.

Hotel Booking Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund is offered for hotel cancellations made 15 days or more in advance.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the check-in date.
  • Bookings of more than 3 rooms in a single transaction are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Discounted hotel bookings are considered non-refundable.
  • No cancellations or refunds will be entertained for bookings made between 15th December to 15th January.
  • No refund will be processed for bookings made during festive and special event periods, including Puja holidays, Christmas, New Year, and Valentine’s Day.
  • In case of weather-related changes to arrangements like candlelight dinners, boat setups, or floating tables, the venue may be changed, but the booking amount is non-refundable.
  • Unused nights, early check-outs, or flight/ferry-related delays causing hotel cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
  • The hotel is not responsible for cancellations caused by missed or delayed transportation.

Holiday Package Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund is applicable for package cancellations made 120 days or more in advance.
  • A 10% cancellation charge applies for all confirmed bookings, regardless of the time of cancellation.
  • 50% refund is offered if cancellation is made 15 days or more in advance.
  • No refund will be processed for cancellations made less than 15 days before the arrival date.
  • Bookings made between 15th December and 15th January are completely non-refundable.
  • Packages booked at discounted prices are non-refundable.
  • No cancellations or refunds will be processed during peak holiday periods (Puja, Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s).
  • Andaman Fiesta is not liable for cancellations caused by weather conditions or natural disturbances.
  • For customers with international bank accounts, bank processing charges will be borne by the customer.

Booking Confirmation Policy

  • Upon successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.
  • If the requested slot or service is unavailable, an alternate option will be offered.
  • If the customer is not satisfied with the alternatives, they may opt for a full refund before confirmation.

Refund Process & Timeline

  • All refunds will be processed via bank transfer only. No cash refunds will be entertained.
  • For online payments, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days of the cancellation request.
  • For NEFT transactions, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days from initiation.
  • In the case of prepaid bookings, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment, and may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Please note: Bank holidays and processing delays from the payment gateway may affect the refund timeline.
