1. All the bookings are Confirmed with the hotel after receiving a confirmation mail from the Travel Partner / Client with 50% or the amount mentioned by our reservation staff of the total package amount to our account with in 3days of confirmation.
2. Balance 25% to be paid before 20 days before commencing the trip. 
3. Final 25% of the payment to be done 15 Days before commencing the trip
4. Booking made within 15days of arrival has to be paid full in advance as per the cut-off date.
5. Once the booking is Confirmed, Vouchers will be issued with final Trip Detail & hotel confirmation, which may change with prior notice to the client.
6. Once you receive the Hotel confirmation from Andaman Fiesta’s staff, the client / Operator can reconfirm with the hotel for their reservation.
7. We would require 100% advance payment for bookings made for December and January, due to high peak season.
8. Most hotels in Andaman (Port Blair, Havelock & Neil Island) usually have a 0800hours as Checkout and 1300hrs as Check Out timing. Though there are some that may allow an early or late Check in / Check Out, it however depends on the availability of the rooms, that the hotels might have at their disposal during that time. Furthermore, there are also chances that a hotel may charge you for a further one-day in case of an early check in or late check out. Should you have any such requirement please write to us at

9. In case the booking is made with hotels like Seashell group, Barefoot Resort, Taj Exotica, Coral Reef Hotel and Resort 100% payment to be done as per the cut-off date even if the booking is after 8 to 10 months, all bookings made with Seashell group of hotels are non-refundable in case of cancellation under any circumstances.

 Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Received on or before 30days, a 20% processing fee of the total package cost will be charged and remaining money will be refunded except those mentioned in S no 4 & 5.
2. Cancellation with in 30 days and before 15 days excluding the 15th Day – 50% of Refund except those mentioned in S no 4 & 5.
3. Cancellation with in 15 days of arrival OR no-show – No Refund except those mentioned in S no 4 & 5.
4. No refund for packages with traveling dates from 10th Dec to 31st Jan under any circumstances.
5. Hotels like Seashell Hotels and Resort ,Barefoot Resort , Coral Reef hotel & Resort and Taj Exotica do not offer Refunds on cancellations under any Circumstances.
6. In case of any unexpected bad weather Condition, Natural Calamity Or due to any unavoidable circumstance if the ferry/fight / Helicopter to Port Blair, Havelock, Neil or other island gets cancelled, some or other alternative accommodation will be provided in Port Blair / Havelock, Neil Island or any other island. These additional night / Nights of accommodation in Port Blair Havelock/ Port Blair / Neil Island or any other island will be on direct payment basis by guest, out liability will be restricted to the face value of ferry tickets / Helicopter tickets / Flight tickets if booked by us.
7. All refunds are processed by the method of payment used in the initial transaction, except in the case of cash payments where the refund is processed through cheque or online transfer.
8. The refund is initiated from our accounts team within 5 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
9. Please note that it may take 5 – 14 days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, after the refund is initiated from our end.
10. Mid-tour Cancellation – Yes you can cancel but the amount would be non-refundable.
11. ANDAMAN FIESTA shall not incur any liability for any loss or damage resulting by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of ANDAMAN FIESTA. Such events, occurrences or causes will include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorism or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, strikes, lockouts, server and network failure, riots, acts of war, cyclones, tsunami, earthquakes, inclement weather conditions, any other natural disasters, disease or medical epidemics or outbreaks, curtailment of transportation facilities, change/cancellation in timings of ferries/flights, change in travel advisories by competent authorities, fire and explosions.
