Located at Haddo, this museum is run by the Forest Department of Andaman Nicobar Islands. It displays a variety of artifacts made out of timber including paeuma, oak, gurjan, paduak& satin-wood.

Situated opposite to Andaman Teal House, Delanipur this museum is meant to create awareness on various aspects of oceanic environment. The Samudrika is a Marine museum owned and run by the Indian Navy. The museum gives a good retrospect of the history, geography, people, marine life and archaeology of these islands. A good collection of shells, corals and a few species of colourful fishes found in these islands are on display.

Situated in the western part of Port Blair in MG Road, the Anthropological Museum is one of the most visited places in town maintained by the Anthropological Survey of India. The museum has an exhibition of the tools and weapons that are used by the tribes as well as photographs showing the different tribes, existing and extinct illustrating the tribal life and culture. There is also a library with books of different types and by various authors who have written widely on the Union Territory. It also permits to organize documentaries or short films showing the life of the tribes and the different social customs and cultures of the Union Territory.

Located near the Andaman water sports complex, the fisheries museum exhibits over 350 species of marine life peculiar to the islands and found in the Indo-Pacific and the Bay of Bengal. Some of the interesting exhibits at this museum include live coral, sharks, polyps and starfish. The Fisheries Museum is closed on Mondays and holidays.
